Answer what is the engineering of the air compressor and how to maintain it

Air compressor working process

1. Inhalation process:

The screw-type air intake side suction port must be designed so that the compression chamber can fully inhale, while the screw-type air compressor does not have an intake and exhaust valve group, and the intake air is only regulated by the opening and closing of a regulating valve. When the rotor rotates, the cogging space of the main and auxiliary rotors is the largest when it turns to the opening of the inlet end wall. At this time, the cogging space of the rotor is communicated with the free air of the air inlet, because the gap between the cogging grooves during exhaustion is the largest. All the air is exhausted. When the exhaust is over, the tooth groove is in a vacuum state. When it is turned to the air inlet, the outside air is sucked in and flows into the tooth groove of the main and auxiliary rotors in the axial direction. When the air fills the entire tooth groove, the end face of the intake side of the rotor turns away from the air inlet of the casing, and the air between the tooth grooves is closed. The above is the air intake process.

2. Sealing and conveying process:

At the end of the suction of the main and auxiliary rotors, the tooth peaks of the main and auxiliary rotors are closed with the casing. At this time, the air is closed in the tooth groove and no longer flows out, that is, the sealing process. The two rotors continue to rotate, their tooth peaks and tooth grooves match at the suction end, and the matching surface gradually moves to the discharge end, which is the conveying process.

3. Compression and fuel injection process:

During the conveying process, the meshing surface gradually moves to the exhaust end, that is, the gap between the meshing surface and the exhaust port gradually decreases, the gas in the tooth groove is gradually compressed, and the pressure increases, which is the [compression process]. At the same time of compression, the lubricating oil is also injected into the compression chamber and mixed with the chamber air due to the action of the pressure difference.

4. Exhaust process:

When the meshing end face of the rotor turns to communicate with the exhaust of the casing, (at this time the pressure of the compressed gas is the highest) the compressed gas starts to be discharged, until the meshing face of the tooth crest and the tooth groove moves to the exhaust end face, at this time the two rotors The tooth groove space between the meshing surface and the casing exhaust port is zero, that is, the exhaust process is completed. At the same time, the length of the tooth groove between the rotor meshing surface and the air inlet of the casing reaches the longest, and the suction process is completed. in progress again.

Air compressors play a particularly important role in industrial control, and when there are many working processes, it is normal for wear and tear to occur during the working process, so the maintenance of air compressors is also essential on weekdays. , I will talk about the maintenance of the air compressor at six o'clock below.

1. Regular maintenance and maintenance of each main component:

In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the air compressor and ensure the service life of the unit, a detailed maintenance plan must be formulated, and the designated operation, regular maintenance, and regular inspection and maintenance must be carried out to keep the air compressor unit clean, oil-free and dirt-free. Refer to the following table for maintenance of main components: Note:

1. When repairing and replacing each part according to the above table, it must be confirmed: the pressure in the air compressor system has been released, it has been isolated from other pressure sources, the switch on the main circuit has been disconnected, and it has been well prepared that it is not allowed to close. Safety signs.

2. The replacement time of compressor cooling lubricating oil depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there is acid or alkaline gas in the air. The newly purchased air compressor must be replaced with new oil after the first 500 hours of operation, and then every 4,000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle.

3. The oil filter must be replaced after 300-500 hours of operation for the first time, after 2000 hours of operation for the second time, and every 2000 hours in normal time thereafter.

4. When repairing and replacing the air filter or intake valve, remember to prevent any debris from falling into the main cavity of the compressor. When operating, close the entrance of the main unit. After the operation is completed, you need to rotate the main unit several times in the direction of rotation by hand to make sure that there is no obstruction before it can be turned on.

5. The tightness of the belt must be checked every 2000 hours of operation of the machine. If the belt is loose, it must be adjusted until the belt is tensioned; in order to protect the belt, it is necessary to prevent the belt from being scrapped due to oil pollution during the whole process.

6. Every time the oil is changed, the oil filter must be replaced at the same time.

7. Please use the original parts of the company, otherwise the company will not be responsible for any machine accident caused by it.

2. Clean the cooler:

Every 2000 hours of operation of the air compressor, in order to remove the dust on the heat dissipation surface, the cooler purge hole cover on the fan bracket should be opened, and the cooler should be purged with a dust blowing air gun until the heat dissipation surface is cleaned of dust. If the heat dissipation surface is seriously dirty and difficult to clean, remove the cooler, pour out the oil in the cooler and seal the four inlets and outlets to prevent the entry of dirt, and then blow off the dust on both sides with compressed air or use water. Rinse, and finally blow dry any water spots on the surface. Put it back in place. Remember! Do not scrape the dirt with hard objects such as iron brushes, so as not to damage the surface of the radiator.

3. Discharge of condensate:

Moisture in the air may condense in the oil and gas separation tank, especially in humid weather, when the exhaust temperature is lower than the pressure dew point of the air or when the machine is shut down for cooling, more condensate will be precipitated. Too much water in the oil will cause the emulsification of the lubricating oil and affect the safe operation of the machine, such as: poor lubrication of the compressor main engine; poor oil-gas separation effect, large pressure difference of the oil-gas separator; cause corrosion of parts. Therefore, a condensate discharge schedule should be developed based on humidity conditions.

Condensate discharge method: It should be carried out after the machine is shut down, there is no pressure in the oil and gas separation tank, sufficient cooling, and sufficient precipitation of the condensate, such as before starting the machine in the morning.

1. Unscrew the front screw plug of the ball valve at the bottom of the oil and gas separation tank.

2. Slowly open the ball valve to drain until oil flows out, then close the ball valve.

3. Screw on the front screw plug of the ball valve.

4. Safety valve:

The safety valve has been adjusted before the whole machine leaves the factory. We do not recommend users to adjust the safety valve without permission. If it is necessary to adjust, it should be carried out under the guidance of the local labor safety department or the company's maintenance personnel, otherwise the company will not be responsible for all the consequences arising therefrom.

5. Maintenance work: For general users, some compressor maintenance suggestions are provided, and users can refer to them for implementation.

1. Weekly: a. Check the unit for abnormal noise and leakage; b. Check whether the meter reading is correct; c. Check whether the temperature display is normal.

2. Monthly: a. Check whether there is rust or looseness in the machine. If there is rust, remove the rust and apply oil or paint, and tighten the looseness; b. Drain the condensed water.

3. Every three months: a. Remove the dust on the outer surface of the cooler and the fan cover and fan blades; b. Add lubricating oil to the motor bearing; c. Check whether the hose is aging or cracked; d. Check Electrical components, clean the electrical control box.

Six, compressor oil:

In the running state, the oil level of the compressor should be kept between the minimum and maximum oil levels. Too much oil will affect the separation effect, and too little oil will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the machine. During the oil change cycle, if the oil level is lower than the minimum oil level oil level, the lubricating oil should be replenished in time by:

1. After the internal pressure is released after shutdown (confirm that the system has no pressure), pull down the main power switch.

2. Open the oil filling port on the oil and gas separation tank and add an appropriate amount of cooling lubricating oil.

3. Refer to the regular maintenance table for the oil change time after the normal operation of the air compressor.
