If you do not have a BitKeep account, you can create an account by registering;

Click "Register" - enter "Username" - "Password" - "Confirm Password" - "Verification Code" and click the Register button to complete the account creation.

2. How to create/import a wallet?

Case 1: No wallet

Step 1: Create a wallet

After completing the registration, click "Create a new wallet" to create a wallet.

Step 2: Set the transaction password

Before creating a wallet, in order to ensure the safety of the user's property, a transaction password needs to be set. This transaction password is the transaction password of the account.

(Please remember the transaction password, this method is also for account security considerations.) After entering the transaction password twice in a row, start to create a wallet.

Step 3: Create a successful verification mnemonic

After setting the transaction password, the system will generate a wallet and a mnemonic. The English of the mnemonic is a private key that is not protected by any encryption measures. Once someone obtains your mnemonic, it is equivalent to controlling your wallet. For the sake of physical isolation, please transcribe it on paper or store it on a USB flash drive.

(Be sure! Be sure! Be sure to keep the mnemonic properly! Don't take screenshots! Record it on paper or in a USB flash drive!)

Case 2: Existing wallet

Step 1: Enter the binding wallet interface

On the New/Import Wallet page, click "Bind Existing Wallet" to enter the wallet binding interface.

Step 2: Fill in the mnemonic for binding

After entering the existing mnemonic or private key, click Bind. After entering the transaction password, the binding is successful.

Step 3: Enter the transaction password

After entering the transaction password, the binding is successful and the wallet home page is entered.

3. How to create a multi-wallet?

Users can associate or create multiple wallets under one account, which is convenient for users to classify and manage wallets with different uses.

At the top of the wallet page, click "Current Wallet"--"Create New Wallet"

4. How to set miner fee?

BitKeep is a decentralized wallet that provides users with digital currency storage and transfer functions without charging users any fees. The transfer fee is paid to the network nodes that maintain the digital currency system, also known as absenteeism fee/gas fee.

The fee that pops up when confirming the transfer is the BitKeep default fee, and the actual fee is the actual fee set by the user through the slider. Generally, it is recommended to use the default value.

5. How to add and search tokens?

When you want to see more currencies in the asset list, select more currencies through the "+" in the upper right corner of the homepage. By default, some mainstream currencies will be displayed. If you need more, you can click the search in the upper right corner to add them.

6. How to bind the exchange?

Take OKEX as an example:

Step 1: Click "Authorization" on the right side of the corresponding exchange.

Step 2: Log in to the OKEX official website, click "Account Center", find the "API Management Page" to create and copy the Api Key and Api Secret inside. (For enhanced security, it is recommended that you bind our IP: 107.155.56.28)

Step 3: Enter the Api Key and Api Secret for authorization.

7. Why did the transfer fail?

There are three common types of transfer failures:

Type 1: Out of Gas (insufficient miner fee), please refer to "How to set miner fee" for the issue of miner fee setting. If the query transaction on Etherscan is as shown in the figure below, it means "insufficient miner fee".

Type 2: Bad Instruction (wrong instruction) This problem is a general error type, but such a transaction, although it fails, will still be deducted from the miner's fee, and the transaction amount will be returned to the original, and the transaction will be cancelled.

Type 3: Reverted error occurs, which is an error encountered during the execution of the contract, but such a transaction, although it fails, will still be deducted from the miner's fee, and the transaction amount will be returned to the original way, and the transaction will be cancelled.

Bad InstrucTIon and Reverted errors appear, users are advised to directly inquire the token project party in the relevant token project party community.

8. Ethereum shows that the transfer failed, but the handling fee is still deducted?

As long as the transaction is packaged by the miners, the gas fee will be consumed, but due to the failure of the package or the block verification failure, (including insufficient gas fee, calling the command error contract method, etc.), the miner fee will be consumed, but the transfer amount will be return.

PS: Mining fees are charged by block miners, and BitKeep does not charge users any transfer fees.

BitKeep Tips: Before transferring money, please verify and confirm the information carefully before transferring.

9. The exchange shows that the transfer was successful, but the wallet did not arrive?

The centralized exchange shows that the transfer is successful does not mean that the transfer is successful in the real sense. In the blockchain, the transfer needs to be confirmed by miners. Users can go to the blockchain browser browser blockchain.info (BT (BTC) or C) or hetherscan.io (ETH (ETH) to query the transaction status.

If the block explorer shows that the transfer is successful, but BitKeep has not received the tokens, please submit a ticket to Inquiry for consultation.

Tips: It is recommended that users learn how to use the block explorer to query transactions by themselves. Or contact the little housekeeper KiKi for consultation.

10. Can't find a Token?

BitKeep supports BTC, ETH (ERC20 tokens), EOS, USDT, ONT, NEO. Users can use the search function to add tokens and display the tokens in their asset list. For specific operations, click "How to Add Application and Search" Tokens" view.

Due to the continuous development of the Ethereum ecosystem, there are thousands of tokens conforming to the ERC 20 standard. In order to facilitate users to manage their own tokens, we will filter most of the relatively popular tokens in the Ethereum community and add them to our search list. , for a small number of tokens that we have not added, it will not be searchable, but not being able to search does not mean that BitKeep does not support the token. As long as it conforms to the ERC20 standard, BitKeep can display the token and transfer it.

Reminder: All the tokens in the BitKeep search list are only included for the convenience of users to manage and add tokens, and have not undergone the so-called "audit". Please do not use this as a basis for judging the quality of tokens.

11. How to backup mnemonic or private key?

The mnemonic is private without any encryption protection. Once someone gets your mnemonic, it is equivalent to controlling your wallet. When using the mnemonic, you need to pay attention to the following points:

1. After BitKeep creates the wallet, be sure to back up the mnemonic phrase in time. When backing up mnemonic phrases, try to use physical media to back them up, such as copying them by hand on a piece of paper, and then keep the piece of paper. Do not use screenshots if possible!

2. Make sure that the backup mnemonic is accurate, and check whether the mnemonic is correct several times. Be sure to take good care of the mnemonic phrases you have backed up, one is not to be stolen, and the other is to take precautions against loss.

******Remember never send your mnemonic to anyone! ******

Path 2

BitKeep is a decentralized wallet. It does not store the user's wallet mnemonic. The imported mnemonic is encrypted and stored only on the user's original logged-in device. It can be backed up again according to the following operations.

"My" interface - "Wallet management" - Select wallet (nickname) - Click BTC or ETH "Export mnemonic" - Enter transaction password - I have backed up. (keep it safe).

12. How to import mnemonic/private key?

Step 1: Enter the binding wallet interface and click "Bind existing wallet" on the New/Import Wallet page to enter the binding wallet interface.

Step 2: Fill in the mnemonic for binding

After entering the existing mnemonic or private key, click Bind. After entering the transaction password, the binding is successful.

Step 3: Enter the transaction password

After entering the transaction password, the binding is successful and the wallet home page is entered.

Outdoor Network Cable

The outdoor patch cable is four pairs of UTP/FTP/SSTP CMR cable, suitable for outdoor aerial and pipe, can prevent moisture intrusion.
The performance meets the requirements for the patch cables in ANSI/TIA/EIA-568B.In order to make the twisted pair in the movement of the wire will not break, except for the skin protective layer, the external PE also has a certain toughness.

At the same time, in order to facilitate the joint production and reliable connection, copper core should not be too soft, not too hard, too soft is not easy to joint production, too hard is easy to produce joint fracture; With the technological innovation, double-layer sheath can solve more technical problems of weak current system more effectively.
