The circuit board is a part that has a great influence on the performance of LED lamps. Commonly used are cardboard, semi-glass fiberboard, full glass fiberboard, aluminum substrate , and single-sided double-sided subdivision.

From the perspective of cost, the cost of the first two is the lowest, and the aluminum substrate is the most expensive.

Nowadays, when price competition is so fierce, many manufacturers choose half-wave fiberboard. After all, cardboard performance is too poor, but there are also a few that will be used. Half-wave fiberboard, part of which is glass fiber, and part of which is high-pressure and high-temperature synthesis of chemical fiber or cotton resin.

The whole glass fiber board is a composite material of all glass fiber and high heat resistance epoxy resin, which has the characteristics of sound absorption, sound insulation, heat insulation, environmental protection, flame retardant, etc. The electrical insulation performance is stable, heat resistance and flatness are good. The performance is better than the half-wave fiberboard, and the high-profile full-glass fiberboard can even match the aluminum substrate.

The aluminum substrate mainly has excellent heat dissipation performance, and is suitable for the heat dissipation of the LED lamp. The high-power LED lamp uses more aluminum substrates, but the aluminum substrate cannot be used as a via hole.
