In 2017, the application of this result has helped Wenzhou Power Supply Company's distribution network planning time to be reduced by 30%, the planning accuracy rate increased from 85% to 95%, and the annual distribution network feasibility study review pass rate increased from 77% to 97%. The labor cost is about 980,000 yuan; by accurately planning the scale and direction of the outlet, the investment in the inefficient construction of the newly built substation trench is about 4.8 million yuan, and the municipal investment saving road pipeline construction is nearly 18 million yuan.
