Test requirements: Normal operation should be maintained during the test, and the number of sample failures allowed is one.
Test results: During the 1000-hour test, except for the failure of the 8# sample at the end of the test, the other samples worked normally.
The cause of the fault is that the power of the bus voltage control resistor is too small, and the resistance value becomes large after the resistor is operated for a long time, so that the bus voltage exceeds the withstand voltage of the storage capacitor, causing damage to the capacitor. Corresponding improvement measures have been implemented for the product in response to the failure phenomenon.
The second group: high temperature fatigue test and number of switching times test samples:

The sample was placed in an environmental test chamber and energized when the temperature in the test chamber was stabilized to 90 ° C for a continuous working time of 96 hours. After the test, the sample was taken out and cooled naturally. The sample power supply line was connected to the power distribution cabinet, powered for 160 seconds, and powered off for 20 seconds, so that the cycle was 1000 times.
Test requirements: During the two test procedures, the ballast should be able to work normally, and the number of failures allowed is one.
Test results: 10 samples were all normal during both tests.
