It is 3.16mm in diameter. For a small lamp with such a small filament lamp, the diameter of 3.16mm is difficult to achieve in both body and process.
On the contrary, the second generation filament, because it uses silver plating on the glass, and the silver layer can directly penetrate into the inside of the lamp cap. It is well known that the thermal conductivity of silver is very high (429W/mk), so as long as the silver layer is properly designed, not only can it be designed Significantly increase the heat conduction and increase the convection heat dissipation through the area.
In addition, the structure of the glass filament can further reduce the heat accumulation by increasing the light-emitting area.
Below we discuss the power section, commonly known as the lamp head:
As part of the hot reservoir, the lamp cap must be fed, not hollow. Among them, it is a good method to inject thermal rubber or heat-transfer mud, which can not only reduce the heat generated by the power supply but also absorb the heat of the light source.
In addition, if you want to remove the power supply noise, the thermal head silicone sleeve is a good choice.
