The name of the new company is Alice Lifestyle Products Guangzhou Co., Ltd. Construction of the plant will begin in August 2016 and is scheduled to be completed in August 2017. The new plant will produce resin products such as home appliances, LED lighting fixtures, and storage products.
The new company is located in the Guangzhou Development Zone. There are many world-class companies in the development zone, and there are also many home appliance manufacturers' production bases. Therefore, it is very convenient to purchase electronic components. In the future, Alice Oyema will focus its development and manufacturing bases in Guangzhou to improve product development speed.

The new company covers an area of ​​29,151 square meters and the total area of ​​buildings reaches 37,096 square meters. It has an automated warehouse with 16.64 million pallets. The total investment is about 4 billion yen. The first year plans to achieve sales of approximately 5 billion yen.
Alice Oyema established a branch office in China in 1996, based in Dalian City, Liaoning Province and Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province (see photo). Among them, the base of Dalian City, as the backbone factory of Alice Group, is responsible for the production of multiple varieties and small batches. In addition, the plant is also a base for export to Japan, South Korea and Europe, as well as a base for supplying products to North China including Beijing.
The Suzhou plant is a production and logistics base for the Chinese market, supplying products to East China such as Shanghai. The new plant was set up in Guangzhou, South China, to increase logistics efficiency in China and enhance competitiveness in the expanding online shopping market in China.
