1 Introduction

If this water is used again, it will undoubtedly cause harm to the human body. This kind of treatment is not suitable for China's development status to a certain extent, because it does not conform to China's "sustainable development" strategy, because sewage treatment is to reduce environmental pollution and protect the environment, but this way of treating sewage will It takes a lot of money, and in the face of the fact that China’s per capita resources are insufficient, there is no guarantee.

2. PLC realizes the design description of water treatment system

Sewage treatment is actually the purification of sewage, and then into the production of life, that is, to ensure the recycling of water resources. When the "automatic state" is turned on, if the control switch of the canister is turned on, the canister will be automatically filtered. When the "manual state" is turned on, if the control switch of the canister is turned on, the filter can requires a certain amount of personnel to operate and control to complete the sewage treatment work. The filter will also be gradually contaminated as the work progresses. At this time, the cleaning work needs to be carried out. At this time, the water in the filter is removed in the first step. During the drainage process, the filter inlet and outlet valves are closed. The drain and exhaust valves are opened, and then the backwash pump is activated to purify the filter.

From the figure, we can read out the information, the normal opening is 0000 and 0006 respectively, the coil is 1002, and in the case of normally open 0000, a self is also set. Guarantee 1002. Self-protection means protecting the normal operation of the whole system. If there is something wrong with the system, then it is necessary to play the role of self-protection. It can be said that self-protection is an indispensable part of the whole sewage treatment system. The main function of this procedure is to open the system to ensure the normal operation of the sewage treatment process. If the normally open is 0000 and the coil is 1002, it means that the intervention of the staff is needed at this time, and the sewage is treated automatically or manually. If the normally open is 0006, then the whole system is closed, but if If the indicator of the 1002 is in the steady state, it indicates that the work is still in progress, so the 1002 has self-protection capability.
