Superior performance with new BAW 5 filter technology

(Nasdaq: QRVO), an innovative RF solutions provider for the connected world, today announced the launch of two new multiplexers --- The QM25002 and QM25008 meet the stringent requirements of Carrier Aggregation (CA) technology for 4G LTE smartphones. These new multiplexers use Qorvo's BAW 5 filter technology to deliver superior performance for Band 1/3 and Band 25/66 CA deployments.

Qorvo's newly developed BAW 5 multiplexer offers extremely low insertion loss, in-band isolation and cross-isolation, and can be used to aggregate dense LTE bands. New multiplexers include:
· QM25002, which is equipped with all transmit and receive filters required for the downlink and uplink CAs of Bands 1 and 3, which is the most widely used band combination in China.
· The QM25008, which is equipped with all transmit and receive filters required for the downlink and uplink CAs of Bands 25 and 66, is suitable for use in North America. The QM25008 also supports Band 2 and 66 aggregation and can be deployed to all major regional carrier networks.
