Third, the basic situation of the project

Shidao City sewage pipe network reconstruction project is divided into three sections, the first bid is the Songtao Road sewage pipe network renovation project, laying DN600 sewer pipe 1022 meters, installing 21 integrated inspection wells, project budget investment of about 550,000 The second bid is for the reconstruction of the sewage pipe network in the eastern part of Shuangshan Road. It is necessary to lay 1,195 meters of DN600 sewers, install 24 integral inspection wells, and estimate the investment for the project to be approximately 640,000 yuan; the third bid is the Longtan South Road sewage pipe network. In the renovation project, 940 meters of DN800 nodular cast iron sewer pipe will be laid and 20 integrated inspection wells will be installed. The estimated investment of the project is about 760,000 yuan.

Fourth, bidder qualification requirements

1. An independent legal person who has the qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction or general contractor for construction engineering construction;

2. It has a legal and effective safety production license.

3. The bidder must not have a stake in the tenderee. The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not participate in the bidding for the project at the same time.

V. Project leader qualification requirements

1. It is required that the person in charge of this project has the qualification to register as a registered public constructor of a municipal public project or a building construction project of Grade A and above.

2. The project manager shall have a project leader responsible for production safety assessment (B certificate).

3. The project manager did not serve as the project manager of other projects under construction.

Sixth, require the bidder's credit rating is B and above

The bidders shall provide credit reports or credit records with a credit rating of Class B and above issued by a social credit service agency engaged in corporate credit information and credit rating services recorded by branch offices above the city center branch of the People's Bank of China (the capital).

When a tenderer uses a credit service agency to issue a credit report, he shall hold a credit report and issue a "Record of the PRC Corporate Credit Collection Business Registration" or a "Credit Rating Agency Registration Certificate" (scanned copy) of a credit report credit collection agency.
