Sichuan Guang'an Siyuan Square Night Scene Lighting Project

Siyuan Square in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province is one of the key projects to commemorate the 100th birthday of Comrade Deng Xiaoping. It is the main event of the large-scale commemorative performance of Comrade Deng Xiaoping's 100th birthday on August 22, 2004. The 560-acre land for the night scene lighting project is planned to be magnificent. The architectural style is unique. The project is of great significance before the country and the world. Its unique lighting design style will also occupy a place in the lighting of the square night lighting.

Guang'an City is the hometown of Comrade Deng Xiaoping. The first phase of Guang'an Siyuan Plaza covers an area of â€‹â€‹120 mu and is located at the end of Siyuan Avenue, Zhongxuan Road, Guang'an Development Zone. It overlooks the Qujiang River and the old city. The terrain and surrounding environment are suitable for the construction of this wide square. Taste the center and taste the water scene and taste the five parts of the Baoding Square and the Four Seasons Flower Sea. Surrounded by parking, there is a viewing platform, a four-star hotel, sanitation facilities and recreational facilities.

The night lighting designer of the project firstly grasps the theme, overall lighting, intelligence, and specialization as the design idea. According to the design purpose and function set of the square, commemoration, assembly, cultural exchange, entertainment and leisure, and viewing are integrated. The commemorative, political characteristics and cultural and leisure themes of the square, in turn determine the design theme and direction of the square night lighting project, and determine how to match the theme of the Siyuan Plaza and the architectural features of the square and the surrounding environment. The important landscape and design of the square: Baoding Plaza covers an area of â€‹â€‹3,000 square meters and the ground is covered with granite. Baoding is cast in bronze, 10 meters high and weighs 41.8 tons. The Ding high is 8 meters high and weighs 28.34 tons. The altar is 2 meters high and weighs about 13.46 tons. It is the largest bronze treasure in the world. The front of Baoding pedestal is engraved with the famous assertion of Comrade Deng Xiaoping: development is the last word, and the full text of Comrade Deng Xiaoâ€™s southern tour speech is engraved on the back.
