Second, the bidder requirements

1. The bidder must be an independent legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan) with a registered capital of RMB 10 million (or equivalent in foreign currency) and qualified as a VAT general taxpayer. Being ordered to close down, bids cancelled, or assets taken over, frozen, and bankrupted;

2. Has the necessary professional skills, qualifications, and good after-sales service capabilities to fulfill the contract, and has the ability to implement projects across regions;

3. The bank credit record is good, the financial status is good, and there is enough liquidity to undertake the implementation of the tender content;

4. Has good business reputation and performance, has no performance of bad records of the contract, no bad litigation records, no records of violations in the tendering and bidding activities;

5. The bidder must have the relevant qualifications for professional contracting at level 3 and above, and the electrician must have qualifications for general contracting and qualifications for the third-level and above. The total construction performance of the bidder for the past three years is not less than 200MW, and the performance of a single project is not less than 20MW.

6. The bidder has no bad operating records in the construction of domestic photovoltaic power station construction projects with a scale of more than 20 MWp, no bad after-sales service records, and no technical or business records that the owners consider irresponsible;

7, through the ISO9000 series quality system certification, and within the validity period, and has a sound quality management system;

8, the tender does not accept the agent bid.

9. The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.

10. Subcontracting is not allowed in this tender.
