This is also the first time in the country to use the aircraft's self-developed flight take-off robot in the 750 kV transmission line project.
The flight take-off robot, also known as the eight-rotor remote-controlled helicopter, was successfully developed by six front-line workers of Ningxia Power Transmission and Transformation Engineering Company in their spare time. At 11 o'clock in the morning, in the Helanshan-Yellow River II back 750 kV line project across the Yellow River section, under the operation of professionals, I saw the eight-rotor remote-controlled helicopter with a 3mm polypropylene rope vacated, beautiful in the air The arc is drawn directly to the target tower. After about 6 minutes of flight, the flight-release robot flies to the vicinity of the cross-arm in the tower. The operator receives the instructions from the staff on the tower and promptly and accurately performs the rope-throwing operation. The guiding rope that is pulled out from the front of the propeller is steadily floated on the cross arm at the top of the iron tower. The staff on the tower receives the polypropylene rope and informs the operator: “The pilot rope is received and the aircraft can return to the airâ€. The 750 kV Hehuang II return line was successfully completed with the flying robot.
According to experts, for a long time, the display of the transmission line of the transmission line has been a problem that has plagued the transmission and transformation construction enterprises. According to the traditional construction technology, the artificial display of the guide rope must first create a line of the same length as the line, and the ground line of a tens of kilometers of 750 kV transmission line will be displayed. Up to hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars. Especially in the construction of the Yellow River, it is necessary to rent a ship, which consumes a lot of manpower and material resources, and there are hidden dangers in the safety of personnel equipment.
It is reported that this is the first time that the transmission and transformation company has used the flight-release robot developed by the staff independently in the construction of the 750 kV transmission line project, which can realize the functions of automatic returning, fixed-point reversing, real-time image transmission, etc. It has the characteristics of small floor space, safety and stability, high efficiency and environmental protection. The flight-release robot is independently developed by the company's employees relying on the Qiaoguangshe Labor Model Innovation Studio. The flight-release robot's throwing device has just obtained the utility model patent authorization from the State Intellectual Property Office.

Compared with the conventional artificial ground display wire guide rope and mechanical traction lift method, the construction efficiency of the cross-river line is greatly improved, saving 2-3 days of construction time, the cost has been reduced, the safety has also been improved, and experience has been accumulated for such exhibition work in the future.
