Based on the ADI ADAU1452 audio and video hi-fi solution, this solution provides 4 high-performance Analog In & Out, one S/PDIFF In & Out, two I2S In & Out, two DSD In, with 4*2W power output interface . Equipped with DSP in-circuit debugging interface, potentiometer adjustment, GPIO button, LED display, reset, ADC/DAC/AMP independent control switch and other interfaces. It can realize basic audio system functions, as well as load DSP audio algorithms, multi-channel audio input and output switching, GPIO simple control, LED display and other functions.
The ADAU1452 is an automotive-certified audio processor from ADI that has far more digital signal processing capabilities than earlier SigmaDSP® devices. Its hardware architecture has been refactored to optimize for efficient audio processing. The audio processing algorithms are implemented on a sample-by-sample and module-by-module paradigm that can be executed simultaneously in the signal processing flow.
The 1.2 V, 32-bit DSP core operates at up to 294.912 MHz and executes up to 6144 instructions per sample at a standard sample rate of 48 kHz. In addition, a wide range of sampling rates are available in addition to industry standard rates. The integer PLL and flexible clock generator hardware can simultaneously generate up to 15 audio sample rates. These clock generators, combined with an onboard asynchronous sample rate converter (ASRC) and a flexible hardware audio routing matrix, make the ADAU1452 an ideal audio hub, greatly simplifying the design of complex multirate audio systems.
