Fujitsu Semiconductor has introduced an online design simulation tool for power management ICs (PMICs) called Easy DesignSimTM. Designers using Fujitsu's extensive power management IC product line (such as converters, switches, power supplies, and charge control devices) have comprehensive online design simulation and support for new online design simulation tools, saving time and time for engineers developing power management ICs cost. Use this method to accelerate the development of consumer electronics and portable devices, as well as medical electronics and office automation products. This tool was developed in collaboration with Fujitsu and Transim Technology CorporaTIon.
Reduced power supply design time
You may ask, how does Easy DesignSim save power design time? On the Fujitsu website, you can use this emulator to verify or test your design and power configuration. Fujitsu's philosophy is this: to provide customers with "Right-sized" solutions, not just hardware components. This new tool will speed time to market for customers' products, maintain high quality, and reduce design and test time.
This tool streamlines the circuit diagram design on the power supply, providing developers with the right power management IC and dramatically reducing the development process. It can automatically simulate the action of the power supply after automatically calculating the main power parameters such as I/O voltage, load current, power and switching frequency. Engineers then only need to observe the corresponding reactions generated by the simulation in the circuit diagram when changing the operating conditions and external device parameters.
If you choose a power management solution, you can also use Easy DesignSim to generate a bill of materials (BOM) that meets project requirements and schematics from the vendor's electronic component database, or you can choose Microsoft Excel or Adobe PDF document output.
Easy DesignSim is a comprehensive online design support tool for power customers. External components of each product, such as R, C, and L, can be automatically calculated based on pre-set conditions such as input/output voltage and load current.
Fujitsu Semiconductor's proprietary SIMPLIS dynamic modeling engine selects the right power management IC for your design. It can display some very useful information, such as load transient response, power up/down sequencing, efficiency estimation and AC analysis, etc. It can also recommend distributors to generate a complete bill of materials (BOM) list, and the results can also be used in Excel. The file format is exported.
Easy to use
When it comes to specific use, it is available on the Fujitsu website. You must first register and log in with your email address, company name, password, etc.; then select the product, search and set the input voltage, output voltage and load current, channel number required by each DC-DC converter, from the list. Select the product; click on the button on the information to view the product information (data sheet), and then set the operating parameters, such as input voltage, output voltage, output current, switching frequency; according to the product selection mode (PFM / PWM automatic switching, PWM fixed Or frequency, etc.; click on "Create Design" to generate a schematic.
You can also change the simulation parameter settings, set the output current for transient analysis and Tr/Tf, and external components can be changed. You can set up external components in two ways: by setting your own components or by selecting components in the BOM list. Start the simulation by clicking the button above the schematic to start the analysis, including AC analysis, transient analysis, steady state analysis, startup and shutdown.
The simulation waveform can be displayed on other windows "WebScorp" to verify the simulation results. According to different products, it can be divided into two types of efficiency maps - measurement results under conditions close to the set conditions, and simulation results under set conditions. By setting the parameters of the external components, the accuracy of the efficiency simulation data can be improved.
The components are already listed on the schematic and can be downloaded in Excel format. The inventory or price of the components can be confirmed by selecting a distributor. Finally, a summary and PDF download will show all simulation information and can be downloaded in PDF format.
This tool supports some of Fujitsu's best-selling power management ICs, and follow-on products are being added.
Educational projectors are mainly aimed at classroom teaching by school teachers; traditional projectors are not easy to carry. Due to the naughty students in school classrooms, projectors are not safe to place in classrooms and are easily damaged by students. The portability of educational micro-projectors makes up for teaching Vacancy, it is convenient for teachers to give lectures and only need to store the materials in the projector and show them to students for teaching, saving the trouble of textbooks and handwriting with pens and chalks. Its general weight will not exceed 0.2Kg, and some do not even need fan cooling or ultra-small silent fan cooling.
Educational projectors need to have:
1. Clear handwriting Educational projectors most often display text and images, at least a resolution of 1024*768 or more, and a contrast ratio of more than 3000 lumens, so that students in the back row can see the projection clearly
2. Short-focus large screen;
3. Accurate color;
4. Easy operation;
5. Features such as multiple connection methods.
